• Operating PPT accordance with applicable safety and standard operating procedures
• Sorting out, reporting and labelling defective load carriers
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse, and complying with health and safety regulations
• Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Recording of received goods in the warehouse management system
• Storing received and recorded goods, following storage rules/procedures.
• Retrieving goods for internal production supply/external customer supply
• Adherence to recording procedures (scanning) during storage and retrieval to ensure accurate stock management
• Assistance with stock-taking
• Quantity checks on all incoming and outgoing goods
• Issuing delivery notes (empty containers)
• Actively supporting the planning department in handling discrepancies and implementing process improvements

Reporting delivery discrepancies (e.g. late deliveries) to the planning department

• Warehouse employee, valid external  PPT licence with at least 2 years’ driving experience, knowledge of logistics
• Basic knowledge of IT/retail management systems
