PreConstruction Manager

Advance Grid Solutions is a NERS-accredited EPC and ICP contractor delivering grid-connected Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar and HV infrastructure projects across the UK.

We're looking for an electrical pre-construction professional who can bridge the gap between engineering, commercial, and delivery.

This isn't just an estimating role.

You'll take Employer's Requirements, specifications and design information and turn them into structured, costed, and buildable scopes.

You'll own the technical side of tendering and package development, ensuring that what we bid is exactly what gets delivered on site.

What we're looking for:

⚡ Electrical Engineering background

⚡ Experience in tendering, bid engineering or pre-construction

⚡ HV and LV knowledge

⚡ NEC contract experience

⚡ BESS, solar, utility or substation experience beneficial
