Preschool Room Leader in Golders Green, Greater London

Location: Golders Green, NW11 (North West London)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £14.50 per hour DOE
Hours: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Preschool Room Leader to join a friendly, dedicated, and high-quality nursery team in Golders Green.

Represented by Marylebone Services, this well-established, family-run nursery operates state-of-the-art facilities that combine bright, spacious indoor rooms with excellent outdoor learning areas.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager and Senior Manager, you will provide safe, high-quality education and care for a group of children aged up to 5 years. You will lead and manage staff daily, ensure all legal and statutory requirements are met, and implement nursery policies to foster a fun, caring, and healthy development environment.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this Nursery Room Leader role, you must have:

• Qualification: Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare / Education.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the EYFS and Statutory frameworks.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to use your own initiative.
