Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and growing company? We are excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing business in Daventry, who are looking for Bystronic press brake operators to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain Bystronic press brake machines (80 to 150 tonnes).
- Manufacture component parts according to production schedules, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and KPIs.
- Occasionally assist with operating the Laser machine as needed.
- Perform rolling and forming tasks when required.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the department by undertaking additional ad hoc duties as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in operating press brake machines, particularly Bystronic models.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to set and program machines (highly desirable).
- A keen eye for detail with a methodical and precise approach to work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
- Able to work flexibly and as part of a team to meet production targets.
