  • Competitive daily pay of £140 to £168.80 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), dependent upon the role and responsibilites & time period of the post.

Your Role as a Primary ECT:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt confidently to different primary school settings.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Support pupils' academic and personal development.


To be considered for this Primary ECT post, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS before September 2026.
  • A passion for primary education.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
