Empowering Learning are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wigan from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic progress, confidence, and a love of learning.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to maximise pupil outcomes.
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and attendance.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Be passionate about supporting children's academic and personal development.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
