Responsibilities of a Primary Supply Teacher

The Primary Supply Teacher will:

• Deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience.
• Follow the school's lesson plans and routines.
• Adapt explanations where pupils need additional support.
• Maintain clear and positive behaviour expectations.
• Work effectively with Teaching Assistants.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies.
• Keep pupils engaged throughout the school day.
• Provide a useful handover for permanent staff.

Requirements for a Primary Supply Teacher
