A successful and ambitious primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an outstanding Primary Teacher to lead a Year 6 class from September 2026.

The school is looking for a skilled Primary Teacher who can inspire confidence, maintain high expectations and help pupils achieve their full potential during this crucial stage of their primary education.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Take full responsibility for a Year 6 class
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the curriculum
• Prepare pupils effectively for KS2 SATs while maintaining a broad and balanced curriculum
• Use assessment data to identify gaps and accelerate progress
• Support pupils' emotional readiness for secondary school
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and senior leaders

The school is seeking a Primary Teacher who:

• Holds QTS and recent UK primary teaching experience
• Has strong knowledge of the Upper KS2 curriculum
• Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills
• Has experience preparing pupils for KS2 SATs (preferred)
• Maintains high expectations for attainment and conduct
• Is resilient, organised and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes
