They are looking for a teacher who can bring creativity, enthusiasm and high expectations to the classroom while ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons
• Create a positive, stimulating learning environment
• Adapt teaching to meet different abilities and learning needs
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines
• Encourage confidence, curiosity and independence
• Support pupil's social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) NCT's are also welcome to apply
• Experience teaching within KS1 or a primary school setting
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• A caring, patient and encouraging approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with different learning needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early learning and child development
