Alongside classroom teaching, you will work with individual pupils through targeted interventions and 1:1 support session where necessary, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Differentiate teaching to support a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
- Provide targeted support and interventions for students requiring additional assistance.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and school leaders.
- Track and assess student progress, implementing strategies to drive achievement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Support students with additional needs, including SEN, where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to inclusive education and high standards of teaching.
- Experience supporting students with varying learning needs is desirable.
