Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for full-time, long-term Primary Teacher positions starting in September 2026.
Whether you are an ECT looking to secure your first teaching role or an experienced teacher who has successfully completed their induction, we have a range of opportunities available across mainstream primary schools.
For teachers with a particular interest in SEN, we also have opportunities within resource bases and enhanced provision classes, offering the chance to work more closely with pupils with additional needs while remaining within a mainstream school environment.
The rolesOur current vacancies vary across year groups and settings and may include:
- Full-time class teacher positions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
- Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and adapting learning to ensure all children can access the curriculum.
- Resource base and enhanced provision teaching opportunities for those with an interest or experience in SEN.
- Working closely with SENCOs, support staff and other professionals where appropriate.
- QTS – essential.
- Open to ECTs and teachers who have successfully completed their induction.
- Previous experience within a primary school setting.
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- A passion for teaching and helping children achieve their potential.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
- For resource base and enhanced provision roles, SEN experience is desirable but not essential for every vacancy.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, long-term position.
- Willingness to travel to schools that may be up to 45 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by car.
Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start date: September 2026

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
