Primary Teaching Assistant

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis, with a flexible start date. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide classroom support across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, deliver small-group interventions and work closely with teaching staff to support pupil progress.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• QTS
• Previous experience working within a primary school
• Experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• The ability to deliver effective small-group interventions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
