Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday- Friday 08:30- 17:00
Contract: Permanent
Our client a manufacturing company who manufactures and supplies high-purity specialist water for industrial and scientific applications, is looking for 2 Process Operatives to join their team.
Working a varied role within a small team, you will be responsible for operating process equipment, FLT and assisting with other different tasks as and when required.
As a Process Operative your duties will be: -
- Operating process equipment.
- Working with valves and pumps.
- Monitoring quality and production volumes.
- Filing drums.
- Operating FLT Counterbalance.
- Basic valve repairs and leak rectification.
- General operational support across the site.
The successful Process Operative will have the following skills: -
- Must have a background in production, process manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.
- FLT Counterbalance licence must be in date and accredited (RTITB or ITSSAR).
- Confident, hands-on approach.
- Willingness to learn new skills and be upskilled.
- Happy assisting other departments and conducting different tasks as and when required.
- Comfortable working within a small team environment.
- Ability to handle some heavy lifting.
Additional Information
- Permanent contract.
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

- Quarterly bonus Approx. £1,200.
