Procurement / Office Manager

A Procurement / Office Manager is required for an interior design practice in Winchester, working across high-end residential projects. This role suits an experienced procurement professional with strong Estimac knowledge and an understanding of interior design project stages, combining approximately 60% procurement duties with office management, project administration and business support.

• Manage the complete procurement process using Estimac
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, clients, deliveries and storage
• Monitor project progress, financial information and agreed budgets
• Produce client reports and support invoicing
• Manage administration, stock, filing, IT suppliers and inboxes

• Previous procurement experience, preferably within interior design
• Detailed Estimac experience is essential
• Knowledge of design industry project stages
• Strong organisation, communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Driving licence and access to a car essential
