Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Information Analyst to join our Release Operations team on a contract basis. This role is integral to the construction, release, and maintenance of Bills of Material (BoM) for all carlines and plants within the business. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate and validated EDS programme data, enabling seamless programme integration, milestone achievement, and engineering release activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct full and ad-hoc NOBO checks in line with programme requirements, reviewing and analysing outputs to identify potential issues.
- Ensure all validation activities meet the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, programme, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues arising from EDS validations.
- Run SSI extracts and validate output data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate Harpy reports using approved and validated EDS inputs.
- Validate and freeze EDS complexities at key programme gateways and milestones.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the line manager in connection with the role.
- Prior experience in the construction, release, and maintenance of engineering data
- Proven ability to manage the delivery of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance incoming demands.
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3Dexperience, Bill of Material, and configuration management.
- Perform detailed NOBO checks and analyse outputs to ensure programme requirements are met.
- Validate and freeze EDS complexities at critical programme milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve validation issues.
- Generate and validate key reports, including SSI extracts and Harpy reports.
- Maintain high standards of data governance and quality assurance.
