This role would suit someone who thrives in an independent and autonomous role, including Production Managers, Production Shift Managers or even Area Managers and Section Managers.
Responsibilities will include leading/supporting the end to end production functions, including planning and distribution. You will lead weekly production plans around customer orders, stock control and seasonal demand, ensuring H&S, food safety and quality standard are upheld, manage and continuously improve systems and drive people development during a period of growth and change.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience running smaller/growing teams of 5-10+ reports within Production, with experience working closely with Planning and Despatch. A Chilled/frozen product background would be ideal and 5+ years management experience.
