We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing business based in Poole, Dorset. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a busy production team, working within a modern facility where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do.

As a Production Operative, you’ll be an important part of the team, helping to ensure products are produced, prepared and finished to a consistently high standard.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a busy production line
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Preparing materials and components for production
  • Assembling and preparing finished products
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
  • Following production instructions and procedures carefully
  • Working to daily production targets and deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workstation
  • Working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
  • Following all health, safety and quality procedures
To be considered for this Production Operative role, you will need:

  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Practical and hands-on
  • Comfortable working in a busy production environment
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures accurately
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop within a production environment
  • Previous production, manufacturing experience is essential
