💰 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

📄 Contract: 12-month temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent

We're currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Groby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on production experience who is looking for a long-term role with the possibility of securing a permanent position.

As part of the production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while working in a safe and efficient environment.

• Carry out production tasks in line with work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Perform quality inspections and report any faults, defects, or non-conformances
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes, tools, and equipment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and quality standards

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work to established procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
