Production Operative
Location: Liverpool L3
Pay: £13.22/hr (OT available)
Shifts: 08:00-17:00 (early finish Fridays)
Days: Monday-Friday

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based within walking distance of Liverpool City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a longstanding company with a reputation for producing high-quality products and providing a stable, supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing detailed finishing work on manufactured products to a high standard.
• Carrying out repetitive production tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assisting with the operation and feeding of manufacturing machinery when required.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Following production procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

About You

• Previous manufacturing, production, or factory experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Able to maintain focus and consistency when undertaking repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Practical, hands-on approach to work.
