Production operative

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client, based in Thetford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment with competitive pay and overtime rates.

Please note: This is a non-food manufacturing environment. No food production experience is required.

Location: Thetford
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour

• Working across different areas of the production facility
• Assembling and checking products to required quality standards
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Following production instructions and health & safety procedures
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Duties may vary depending on production requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Good hand-to-eye coordination
• Flexible and willing to work across different production areas
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
• Full training will be provided
