Production Operative

Job description:

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative based in Newmarket. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Overtime available.

Pay Rate:

• Starting from £13.00 per hour, with potential for a higher rate depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembly and manufacture of wooden structures according to specifications.
• Reading and working from detailed diagrams.
• Confident and safe use of a variety of hand tools.
• Regular manual handling of items up to 25kg.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience using a range of hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed diagrams and instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
• Full, clear UK driving licence is essential.
