Production Operative

We are looking for reliable and motivated experienced Production Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced factory environment. The role involves handling and packing egg products for large retail and food service customers, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

As a Production Operative your Key Responsibilties are as follows:

• Accurately and efficiently pack egg products in line with company standards and customer specifications
• Follow all current employment, health & safety, and food safety legislation
• Maintain a “clean as you go” approach, keeping your work area clean and organised at all times
• Carry out any reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or authorised team member

Person Specification:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work on a fast-paced production line
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Previous production experience in food production is essential

Hours:

• 4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00

Pay:

£15.11 per hour
Overtime £22.66 per hour paid for additional shifts worked beyond the scheduled pattern
