Production Operative in Winchester

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join our busy food manufacturing client in Winchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in food production who’s ready to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and follow procedures accurately
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow ‘clean as you go’ procedures
• Perform quality checks and complete all paperwork correctly
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills
• Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 or 09:30 start times
