Production Operative

Industrial Recruitment Solutions is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing company based in Wednesbury.

Hours:

• 07:00–15:00

Key Responsibilities

• Building and assembling products
• Using a variety of hand and power tools safely
• Measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Reading a tape measure confidently
• Converting measurements from centimetres into millimetres
• Checking completed products meet the required quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Good practical and measuring skills
• Able to work accurately and follow instructions
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Pay:

• £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.81 per hour
