As a Warehouse Operative, you will be involved in a variety of manufacturing and warehouse tasks, including:

• Making, sharpening and re-tipping products

• Operating specialist machinery (full training provided)

• Carrying out visual machine checks and reporting any issues

• Conducting quality checks during and after production

• Wrapping, preparing, and loading orders for dispatch

• Experience working with tools preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, proactive attitude

• Strong team player with a willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

• Keen to develop skills in a practical, hands-on role

• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work

• Competitive hourly rate

• Overtime paid at 1.5 x after 40 hours
