Production Operative

Location: Aylesbury
Pay: £13.45 per hour
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
Contract: Ongoing Temporary

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for an ongoing temporary assignment with our client in Aylesbury.

• Working on production lines within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Operating machinery and production equipment where required.
• Assembling, checking, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Following production processes and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Meeting daily production and performance targets.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.

• Previous production experience is essential.
• Experience working on production lines or within a manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry out manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and production processes.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.

• £13.45 per hour
