Looking for a hands-on role where you can be part of a supportive team? We're looking for motivated, reliable Production Operatives to join our busy manufacturing operation.

What you'll do:

• Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks.
• Operate machinery, equipment and hand tools safely.
• Work to quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Follow production instructions and health & safety procedures.
• Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• A team player with a willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
