Pay and Shift Pattern Options
- 24 hours per week: 6pm to 6am Friday & Saturday
- 32 hours per week: 6pm to 6am Friday & Saturday + x1 8 hour shift Monday to Friday – day will vary depending on business needs
- £18.34 per hour including shift allowance
The Role
Working as part of a small manufacturing team, you will help operate a multi-stage production line, ensuring products are processed, cut, packed and stored safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and entering specifications via an HMI system.
- Adding materials to processing equipment and monitoring production.
- Cutting, sawing and packing finished insulation products.
- Handling raw materials and storing finished goods.
- Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience.
- Experience operating machinery and following procedures.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Physically fit for manual handling duties.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
