Production Operative Nights

Location: Burton upon Trent

Pay Rate: £17.95 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Friday: 6:00pm - 1:30am

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our clients night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer in a modern production environment.

As a Production Operative, you will be working within the Moulding Shop, operating moulding machines to produce high-quality polymer components. You will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Operating and monitoring moulding machines
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products
• Trimming, inspecting, and packaging components
• Recording production data accurately
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Following all health and safety procedures

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience operating machinery would be advantageous
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Good level of Maths & English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working night shifts
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
