Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Stonehouse

Pay Range/details: Ranging from £12.71 to £19.07 per hour depending on shift

Contract Type: Temporary

Omega has an exciting opportunity to work for the UK’s leading dairy brand. We have opportunities across all departments and can offer flexible shift patterns ranging from 12 hours to 60 hours per week.

Shifts are offered on days (06:00-18:00/ 07:00-19:00), nights (18:00-06:00/ 19:00-07:00) or a mixture of both.

Key Responsibilities – Production Operative

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support production targets and minimise downtime
• Work as part of a team to deliver operational performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements – Production Operative

• Happy to work 12-hour shifts
• Comprehension testing
• Experience working within a factory environment
