Production Operative

Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy fruit packing site based in CO7 7NA. This is a temporary position offering full-time hours with an immediate start available.

You will be working on a fast-paced fruit packing line, packing fresh produce ready for distribution.

Duties include:

• Packing fruit on a production line.
• Carrying out quality checks.
• Labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Meeting daily production targets.

Working Hours

• 8:00am – 5:00pm, 5 days per week across 7 days.
• The majority of shifts will include weekend working.
• Flexibility is essential, as on busy days shifts may be extended, with finish times of up to 8:00pm.

Requirements

• Previous production or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential. The site is not accessible by public transport.
• Applicants must have their own reliable means of transport and be able to travel independently to and from site, including for later finish times. Unfortunately, relying on lifts from friends or family is not suitable for this role.
