Salary: £30,000

Shift: Monday-Friday (Days)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern production facility, supporting the manufacturing process while benefiting from a stable Monday-Friday days role and ongoing development opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring production targets are met. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the production operation.

• Previous experience working as a Production Operative

• Background within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Good understanding of health and safety procedures

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Carrying out quality checks on finished products

• Loading materials and packing finished goods

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Assisting with general production duties as required

• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• FLT licence (advantageous but not essential)

• Salary of £30,000

• Monday-Friday days shift
