The Role

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: 3 shift rotation

We're looking for a Production Operative to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in keeping our operation safe, efficient and delivering great-quality products. Previous packaging manufacturing experience is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work safely and follow Health & Safety and PPE requirements.
• Support the team to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Carry out quality checks and help minimise waste.
• Follow agreed processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Support and work positively with colleagues.
• Keep your working area clean, safe and organised.
• Report quality, maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Take an active role in creating a positive Health & Safety culture.

• Experience working with a corrugator, flatbed/die-cutting equipment or within the packaging industry would be an advantage.
