Pay & Hours
£12.71 per hour to start

Opportunities to increase earnings through training

6am until finish (usually between 2pm-4pm)

Daily transport provided from Lincoln to the Spalding site

Your Time at Work

Preparing and processing beef and pork products:

- Working on a fast‑paced production line
- Using knives and equipment (full training provided)
- Trimming and preparing specific cuts of meat
- Quality checking products to maintain high standards
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will:

- Reliable, motivated and keen to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to handle meat products and perform physical duties
- Basic English understanding
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse or factory work is beneficial - but not essential
- Interested in developing skills and increasing earnings through training
