Production Operatives - Multiple Roles Available (Day Shift)

Location: Birmingham Nechells / Witton area
Pay: £14.30 - £15.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent after 10 weeks

We are recruiting for a number of Production Operative positions with an established manufacturing company. These are excellent temporary to permanent opportunities, offering long-term career prospects after a successful 10-week period.

Available Roles

Track Unload Operative - Up to £15.80 per hour

• Unloading products from a fast-moving paint track.
• Carrying out visual quality inspections to company standards.
• Recording production output and quality information.
• Working efficiently to keep pace with production.

Jig Worker - £14.30 per hour
(Flexible hours may be available.)

• Loading small components onto paint jigs ready for spraying.
• Handling light, detailed work requiring good dexterity and attention to detail.
• Unloading finished parts and placing them into the correct storage containers.

Labourer - £14.30 per hour
(Some flexibility with start times and hours may be available.)

• Keeping the factory clean and organised.
• Moving materials throughout the production area.
• Cleaning plant equipment, trolleys and work areas.
• Providing support across departments where required.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, reliable attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential.
