Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our client's friendly electronics manufacturing team based in Letchworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled assembler who can hit the ground running, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:30pm
• 30-minute lunch break (12:30pm)
• 15-minute morning and afternoon tea breaks

Key Responsibilities

• Electronic assembly
• Soldering
• Cable and wiring assembly
• Mechanical assembly
• Following detailed work instructions
• Producing high-quality cable assemblies to meet weekly production schedules
• Maintaining high quality standards and working safely at all times

Requirements

• Previous electronic assembly and soldering experience
• IPC/J-STD-001 knowledge or certification (current or expired desirable)
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent timekeeping
