Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £39,600 per annum (£15.88 per hour includingx shift allowance)
Shift: Rotating Days & Nights – Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am - 4 on 3 off

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Operator to join a rapidly growing manufacturing business following significant investment in new production and packaging lines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, state-of-the-art facility that continues to expand its operations and invest heavily in both technology and people.

The successful Production Operator will be responsible for operating automated and semi-automated packaging equipment, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Sector – Manufacturing

• Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
• Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery.

• Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Salary of £39,600 per annum including shift allowance.
• Four-day working week on a rotating days and nights shift pattern.
