Production Operator

About the Role

Hue Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Stevenage.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring and labelling specialist tooling.
• Servicing and preparing tooling for production.
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Following production procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Working collaboratively as part of a small production team to achieve daily production targets.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A strong communicator with a good work ethic.
• Experienced within a manufacturing or production environment (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).

Salary & Benefits

• £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum).
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
• Six-month probationary period.
• Full training provided.
• 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
