Are you a Production Supervisor or similar looking for a varied role overseeing a tight-knit team within a dynamic, forward-thinking company with an international presence who are establishing UK operations offering the chance to upskill yourself and continually progress?

This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for a range of major industries including Aerospace, Defence and Robotics with a presence across multiple continents. They have recently established UK operations through numerous factories and are looking for new Production leaders to help drive this growth.

In this autonomous role you will be one of the Production Supervisors responsible for organising all shift activities for a tight-knit team of machinists and operatives. You will oversee workload, lead KPIs and support the team members with training as you work either day or night shifts (with flexibility in this and shift allowance available).

This position would suit a Production Supervisor or similar looking for a one of a kind role in a dynamic business who provide a range of progression opportunities and equity.

The Role:

• Oversee tight-knit production team
• Organise and lead shift activities to ensure targets are achieved
• Liaise with other departments and report to Production Manager
• Receive equity and opportunities for ongoing progression
• Opportunities to work day or night shifts
