Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of up to 15 people across 2-3 production lines, ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are consistently met.

The Role
*Supervising up to 15 employees across multiple production lines
*Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
*Managing team performance, attendance and holiday cover
*Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
*Ensuring procedures and production standards are followed
*Supporting training and development of team members
*Working closely with Quality and other departments
*Identifying issues and driving continuous improvement
*Using production data to improve efficiency and performance

The Candidate
*Previous supervisory or team leader experience
*Production or manufacturing background
*Food/FMCG manufacturing experience is highly desirable
*Confident making decisions and managing a busy team
*Understanding of health, safety and quality standards
*LEAN/continuous improvement knowledge advantageous
