Production Supervisor

Overview:

To lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of a designated production area, ensuring that all products are manufactured safely, legally, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The Area Supervisor is responsible for achieving the production plan while maintaining the highest standards

The role requires a strong hands-on leader who can motivate and develop teams, manage operational performance, respond effectively to problems and ensure that company standards and procedures are consistently followed.

SKILLS

Be able to communicate both orally and written – use of Microsoft Outlook, Word etc.

Basic HR knowledge and experience – Return to Works, Discussions & File Notes.

Familiar with MRP systems and stock control.

Maintain production information and KPI’s – use of Microsoft Excel.
