Production Supervisor

Location: Acton, West London
Salary: £35,200 per annum (£16.92 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30

We are currently recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's manufacturing team in Acton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience who can oversee daily production operations, motivate a team and ensure production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.

• Lead, motivate and support the production team.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Maintain health & safety standards across the production floor.

• Manage stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Maintain accurate production records and performance reports.

• Resolve operational issues and production bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.

• HND in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

Salary & Benefits:

• £35,200 per annum (£16.92 per hour).

• Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30.

• 21 days annual leave.

• Christmas shutdown.

• Bank holidays off.

• Auto-enrolment pension after 3 months (4% employee / 4% employer contribution).
