Production Line Leader

This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day production line activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are met.

Location: Harrow

Salary: £15.38

Duties:

• Supervising and supporting production line operators to ensure daily production targets are achieved.

• Managing production machinery, line performance and changeovers to minimise downtime and product waste.

• Ensuring all quality checks are completed and products meet required standards.

• Maintaining health & safety, hygiene and 5S standards across the production line.

• Monitoring production performance and reporting any issues or delays.

• Ensuring production procedures and work instructions are followed correctly.

• Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to maintain efficient production.

• Supporting staff training, development and performance management.

• Completing shift handovers and production reports accurately.

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

We require candidates with previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, alongside experience leading or supervising a production team. Candidates should have strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing production line performance, changeovers and downtime.
