Production Team Leader

Role: Production Team Leader 

Hours: Monday - FRiday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience

We are looking for Production Team Leader to be based in Wellingborough for our client working the FMCG Industry. 

This is an opportunity to manage a team as well as be able to operate a variety of packing machines so that set daily production targets are achieved.

Our client packs a variety of different confectionery lines in custom built packing facility.

Working a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm.

Responsibilities

• To ensure daily production targets are met to the agreed specification.

• Work within a team to achieve packing rates.

• To ensure that your team follow company systems and procedures.

• To ensure the completion of Quality Process documents are completed.

• Ensure the working environment is maintained to a hygienic level
• Comply to procedures to meet BRCGS standards.
• Assist with the Daily maintenance /cleaning and care of the machine and equipment.

• Communicate with all members of the business.

• Maintain a cleaning working environment.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic machinery operating skills
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Have strong communication skills
• A pro-active, positive attitude is required

• Diligent and attentive to detail
