One of our key clients is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working onsite within a construction environment. Established for over 15 years, the company delivers Construction and Facilities Management projects across the North of England.
Responsibilities
- Process material requisitions and raise purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and site teams
- Monitor, update and maintain pricing agreements
- Assist with supplier invoice query resolution
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of procedures and systems
Requirements
- Experience working as a Project Administrator
- Strong written, numerical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, with good timekeeping and a positive attitude
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Organised, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Background working in the built environment – essential
- Full time permanent position
