One of our key clients is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working onsite within a construction environment. Established for over 15 years, the company delivers Construction and Facilities Management projects across the North of England.

Responsibilities

  • Process material requisitions and raise purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and site teams
  • Monitor, update and maintain pricing agreements
  • Assist with supplier invoice query resolution
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of procedures and systems

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Project Administrator 
  • Strong written, numerical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, with good timekeeping and a positive attitude
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organised, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Background working in the built environment – essential
  • Full time permanent position
