Project Architect

A growing, commercially-minded design consultancy is on the hunt for a Project Architect to strengthen its growing team in Colchester.

Join a business that's scaling quickly, with planning and technical specialists working side-by-side on Residential, Heritage and Sports & Leisure projects that range from small, characterful sites to major strategic developments spanning the country.

As a Project Architect, you'll take ownership and lead projects through all RIBA stages for a client base that spans private developers, commercial clients through to well-renowned housebuilders. Expect close day-to-day involvement with colleagues across planning and technical disciplines as projects progress.

Project Architect requirements:

• ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
• Solid track record taking projects through all RIBA stages
• A confident grasp of planning policy across the UK
• A knack for balancing creative ambition with commercial reality and policy compliance
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating design intent clearly
• Proficiency with AutoCAD & SketchUp
