Our client, a prominent player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controller to join their team on a contract basis. This role is situated in Warton and is part of our client's Military, Air & Information (MAI) domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control project schedules, resources, costs, and risks
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation
- Support project financial management and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Experience in project management within the Defence & Security sector
- Certified BAE-Project Professional
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- BPSS & SC clearance required
- Ability to work on-site in Warton for a minimum of 3 days per week, 4 days preferred
