Full-Time | Office-Based with Occasional Site Visits

Looking to develop a career in Project Management?

Join a growing £20m specialist manufacturer and subcontractor delivering secure door and access solutions to government and public-sector projects. Full training is provided, along with a clear progression route to Project Manager.

You'll join a supportive team of Project Coordinators, working closely with Sales, CAD and Production to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and to customer requirements.

The Role

• Coordinate projects from order handover through to completion
• Support the CAD team in producing manufacturing drawings and schedules
• Maintain project programmes and customer updates
• Ensure drawings, documentation and project records are accurate and up to date
• Manage project information on customer portals including 4Projects and Aconex
• Attend customer meetings and coordinate follow-up actions
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments
• Produce project reports and ensure contractual requirements are met
• Support Accounts with resolving payment queries when required

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Proactive and team-focused approach
• Construction, engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
