Are you a Project Coordinator with a background in BMS, M&E, or Electrical Engineering, looking to join one of the UK's leading Building Management Systems specialists where you'll take ownership of high-value projects while benefiting from long-term career progression and employee ownership?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading engineering business specialising in Building Management Systems across the UK and Ireland. With continued growth and investment, the company is expanding its Projects team.

In this role, you'll manage multiple live BMS projects from initial sales handover through design, panel manufacture, installation, commissioning, and final account. Working closely with in-house design, manufacturing, and commissioning teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have project management experience within the BMS, M&E, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering sectors and enjoy managing technically challenging projects from start to finish.

The Role:

• Managing multiple BMS and controls projects from sales handover through to completion
• Coordinating in-house design, panel build, installation, and commissioning teams
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout project delivery
• Managing project programmes, commercial performance, invoicing, and variations
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations
• Occasional travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland

The Person:

• Project Management experience within BMS, M&E, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and variations
• Full UK driving licence
