Rise10 Recruitment are working with an established and growing business within the construction and electrical services sector to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within project administration and coordination.
The Role
As Project Co-ordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the successful planning and delivery of projects. Working closely with project managers and wider teams, you will provide essential administrative, logistical and coordination support, ensuring projects remain organised and on track. You will act as a key point of contact, helping to maintain accurate records, coordinate information and support effective communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across projects and the wider team
- Managing emails and ensuring queries and communications are responded to promptly
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, files and records
- Providing general office and administrative support
- Using a range of office systems and equipment
- Checking sign-in and sign-out sheets and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining the holiday matrix and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Maintaining electronic timesheet spreadsheets to ensure accurate information for payroll
- Supporting Project Managers with general coordination and administration
- Helping to ensure project activities, documentation and deadlines are well organised
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable and confident working across multiple tasks. You will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively in a busy environment.
You may already have experience within project administration, construction, engineering, facilities, or a similar environment, although we are also open to candidates with strong administrative experience who are looking to progress into a project-focused role.
